McFly frontman Danny Jones is working on a new solo project without the rest of the band.
The singer reveals he’s recording a dance album, which he’ll be releasing in the future.
“I’m a huge dance music fan and I spend all my time making it,” Danny explains.
“It was just a hobby at first but I’m putting together an album. I’ve invested loads of money building a studio at home.
“I don’t want it to step in the way of McFly stuff so I’m planning on releasing it under a different name,” Jones told the Daily Star.
“I’ve been working with Roger Sanchez, but the stuff I make is more progressive house like Eric Prydz or Afrojack.” "
