Dougie is back!

"Mcfly star Dougie Poynter has left rehab in time to join his bandmates on tour later this week (beg14Mar11).

The British musician checked into a clinic earlier this month (Mar11) in a bid to overcome personal issues, believed to be linked to his stressful split from The Saturdays singer Frankie Sandford in November (10).

Poynter left the clinic and returned home on Monday night (14Mar11) - and he's now set to get back to work and join his bandmates on stage when they kick off their Above The Noise tour on Friday (18Mar11).

In a post on his Twitter.com page, Poynter writes, "Got home last night and read all your messages. Thanks for all your support, really means allot (sic)."

And his bandmates are pleased to have the bassist back - Tom Fletcher writes, "Off to rehearsals. The b**ch is back", while Danny Jones jokes, "Lets (sic) make the b**ch work hard today"."
